Art of Ancient Greece, Rome, and the Byzantine Empire

The Museum of Fine Art in Boston has just opened five newly renovated galleries on Level 2 of its Wing, featuring its important collection of objects from ancient Greece, Rome and the Byzantine Empire. The new display includes a digital colour reconstruction of the Athena Parthenos sculpture, which can be watched online and in the gallerys in AR via the museum’s app.
