Dante. The eternal Poet

"Dante. The Eternal Poet", conceived by the artist Felice Limosani, is an immersive experience inside the Pazzi chapel in the Florentine church of Santa Croce. Limosani has created an architectural video projection which covers the inside walls and dome with digital images of Gustave Dorè’s illustrations of Dante's Comedy accompanied by related sound suggestions. The project is linked to the celebrations of the seven hundredth anniversary of the death of Dante Alighieri and sets out to emphasize the universal message of his great work in a building that is strongly linked to Dante's memory.
